The vegetative nervous system includes the involuntary nervous system and has two parts, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. If we are healthy, these two parts are balanced. During the day we are sympathicotonous and under stress. At night we are vagotonous and at rest. In case of conflict, we are permanently sympathicotonous and in the healing phase, we are permanently vagotonous. In Germanische Heilkunde it is only about this involuntary vegetative nervous system. The involuntary nervous system does not play a role in the Sensible-Biologically-Special Programs.
