Blood always looks terrible but is usually a sign of healing (except for bleeding gums). Intestinal bleeding thus indicates the healing of an anger conflict (morsel conflict), concerning the intestine. The darker the blood, the further up the bleeding. The lighter the blood, the further up the bleeding is towards the rectum. But you can also bleed to death!
