The bone is recalcified in the healing phase after a severe and resolved self-devaluation-collapse, with swelling and the involvement of bacteria. The swelling and thus the pain increases until a crisis (centralization). After the crisis, the swelling, and thus the pain decreases again. At the end of the healing process, the bone remains stronger than it was before (= biological sense).
